Miami Township opened its newest
facility in its parks system when the 'Performance Pavilion' at
Community Park
hosted a free concert by the Clermont
Philharmonic Orchestra.
Miami Township received a $50,000
grant from the Ohio Cultural Facilities Commission and a $5,000 grant
from Meijer
to construct the facility, which will
be used to hold musical and artistic performances several times a
year.
The facility can also be used as a park shelter to augment the existing shelter at the park.
