Miami Township is divided into three police districtsOfficers are permanently assigned to the districts consistent with the Community Oriented Policing Philosophy of geographic ownership. Click here to find out  What is Community Oriented Policing?

Each District Team is composed of four District Officers and one Investigator. The district has also been assigned additional personnel to reach the mission. They include one Road Sergeant, one County Drug Task Force Officer, two Crime Prevention/Community relations Officers and two Problem Solver Officers. Our job function is to provide general delivery of efficient and professional police service.
