The Miami Township Board of Trustees met in Special Session March 6, 2001 at 7:30 pm for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on Zoning Case # 462-Paul Barcomb. Chairman Edwin H. Humphrey called the meeting to order. Miami Township Clerk, Eric C. Ferry called the role. Attending were; Edwin H. Humphrey, Joseph W. Uecker and Mary Makley Wolff.
Chairman Humphrey called the meeting to order. Mr. Ferry read the Notice of Public Hearing, The Department of Community Planning and Development Report and the Miami Township Rural Zoning Commission's Notice of Recommendation with one condition. The condition is that the property owner will provide internal cross access easements to the properties located to the east, west and south. Miami Township's Community Relations Director, Mr. Larry Fronk stated the owner of the property has been transferred out of state and is unable to attend this meeting. Mr. Uecker made a motion to close the public portion of the public hearing. Mrs. Wolff seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
Mr. Uecker made a motion to approve the zoning change with the following modifications; that the property owner will provide internal cross access easements to the properties located to east, west and south and that the property shall conform to the Miami Township State Route 28 Access Management Plan. Mrs. Wolff seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
Mr. Humphrey adjourned the meeting at 7:45pm.
