The Miami Township Board of Trustees met in Special Session on January 15, 2001 at 7:00pm for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on Zoning Case #460. Chairperson Edwin H. Humphrey opened the meeting with the pledge of allegiance. The Clerk, Eric C. Ferry called the role. Attending were Edwin H. Humphrey, Joseph W. Uecker and Mary Makley Wolff. Chairperson Humphrey turned the meeting over to Community Development Director, Larry Fronk. Mr. Fronk turned the meeting over to a representative for the applicant who requested an extension of time to prepare their case.
Mr. Uecker made a motion to continue zoning case # 460 to March 27, 2001 at 7:00 pm. Mrs. Wolff seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."

With no other business to come before the Board, Chairperson Humphrey adjourned the meeting at 7:25pm.
