The Miami Township Board of Trustees met in Special Session on Wednesday, November 11,1998 at 7:00 PM for the purpose of interviewing Information Systems Manager candidates and any other business that may come before the Board. Chairperson Edwin H. Humphrey called the meeting to order. Miami Township Clerk, Eric C. Ferry called the roll. Attending were; Edwin H. Humphrey, Joseph W. Uecker and Jean Schmidt.
Mrs. Schmidt made a motion to go into Executive Session. Mr. Uecker seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
Three candidates were interviewed; Barry Mesley 7:00 - 7:30PM, Greg Bukmeyer 7:30-8:00PM, and Chris Snow 8:00-8:30PM.
Mrs. Schmidt made a motion to come out of Executive Session. Mr. Uecker seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
Mr. Uecker made a motion to extend a conditional offer of employment to Chris Snow for the position of Information Systems Manager. Mrs. Schmidt seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
Mrs. Schmidt made a motion to change the December Board of Trustee meetings to December 8th and December 29th thus canceling the December 1st and 15th meetings and rescheduling the Zoning Board interviews previously scheduled for December 1st to 5:30PM on December 8th. Mr. Uecker seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
With no other business to come before the Board, Chairperson Humphrey adjourned the meeting at 9:10 PM.
