The Miami Township Board of Trustees met in Special Session on March 10, 1998 at 5:40 PM at the Miami Township Civic Bulding. Chairperson Edwin Humhrey called the meeting to order. Chairperson Humphrey apointed David Duckworth, Township Administrator, Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes. Mr. Duckworth called the roll. Present were: Edwin H. Humphrey, Joseph W. Uecker and Jean Schmidt.
Mr. Uecker made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter pursuant Section 121.22(G)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code. Mrs. Schmidt seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
Mr. Uecker made a motin to come out of Executive Session. Mrs. Schmidt seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
Mr. Duckworth asked the Board to schedule a special meeting to review the 1998 Township Budget. Mr. Uecker made a motion to hold a special meeting to review the 1998 Township Budget on Monday, March 23, 1997 at 5:00 PM, at the Miami Township Civic Building. Mrs. Schmidt seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
With no other business to come before the Board, Chairperson Humphrey adjourned the meeting at 7:10 PM.
