On Thursday, March 28,1996, the Miami Township Board of Trustees met in special session at 7:15 PM at the Miami Township Civic Center for the purpose of reviewing the 1996 Budget.
Chairperson Joseph Uecker opened the meeting by having Miami Township Clerk, Eric C. Ferry call roll. Those in attendance were; Joseph Uecker, Jean Schmidt and Edwin Humphrey.
Chairperson Uecker turned the meeting over to the Miami Township Administrator, David Duckworth.
Mr. Duckworth reviewed the proposed 1996 Budget item by item with the Board.
Ed Humphrey made a motion to accept the appropriations as presented. Jean Schmidt seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
Jean Schmidt made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter pursuant to the ORC 121.22(G)(2). Ed Humphrey seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
Jean Schmidt made a motion to come out of Executive Session. Ed Humphrey seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
Jean Schmidt made a motion to accept BIDS to finance the purchase of new ambulances. Ed Humphrey seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
Jean Schmidt made a motion to adjourn. Ed Humphrey seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
With no other business to come before the Board, Chairperson Uecker adjourned the meeting at 9:30 PM.
