This meeting was called to order at 6:40 P.M. by Ed Humphrey, Chairperson, for the published propose of interviewing a candidate for employment with the Service Department.
Upon roll call the following members were present: Ed Humphrey, Joe Uecker and Jean Schmidt.
Mr. Uecker made a motion to go into executive session. This motion was seconded by Mrs. Schmidt with all board members voting "AYE".
Mr. Uecker made a motion to come out of executive session. This motion was seconded by Mrs. Schmidt with all board members voting "AYE".
This meeting was adjourned at 7:00 P.M. by Mr. Humphrey.
